Please note that these are the estimated delivery times, HANOBA cannot be held accountable for any third party delays.

Please note all orders are subject to availability. HANOBA offers products for sale that are in stock and available to dispatch from our distribution centre. 

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. 

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and HANOBA will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched. The language of the contract is English. 

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or if the item ordered is out of stock.

For all UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail Delivery Service. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

We try our best to deliver your item(s) within 7 days but as our pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. If you need your items by a specific date please email us at info@hanoba.co.uk

 

Europe & International

For all European deliveries we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For or First Class Track & Signed Services. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

Please note that any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your own responsibility. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order with us.

We will try our best to deliver your item(s) within 9 days for European countries and within 3 weeks for international deliveries, but as our pieces are made to order, it sometimes may take a bit longer. If you need your items by a specific date please email us at info@hanoba.co.uk

Lost Items

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by the Royal Mail services. That is 20 working days for UK and 30 working days for international deliveries after the dispatch date.

On international deliveries, your parcel is usually handled by more than one courier service. Hence when parcels are sent abroad, the actual delivery of your parcel will be their responsibility. Often delays of up to 10 days are caused by customs checks.

Please note that HANOBA does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered. In order to avoid incorrect deliveries we recommend that you provide us with your full home address including flat number, floor level, house number, street names and post code for all deliveries.

Packaging

You will receive your jewellery in a pouch and a branded box embossed with the "HANOBA London" logo.
