- What is gold plating?
Gold plating is a method used for depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal by chemical or electrochemical plating. Our jewellery is plated in 18 Karat gold. Our earrings, necklaces and bangles are in 2 Microns (layers of gold) unless specified in the product’s Info section. Our rings and bracelets are plated in 3 Microns.
- Where are HANOBA pieces made?
All our jewellery are handmade in London, UK.
- How will I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation as the order is being processed.
- How will I know if my order has been sent out?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. We will also provide you with a unique tracking number and an online link to the courier service.
- Do you accept cancellation on orders?
As all our pieces are handmade to order you will need to email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing an order.
- Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes you can, we accept order worldwide.
- Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we can ship internationally.
- What are the delivery rates?
For all UK orders for 3-7 working days delivery there will be no fee. For delivery for 1-3 working days a charge of £7.00 will be applied, for Europe & International £14.00. Please refer to our Delivery Info page for more details.
- What do I do if I have received my order but an item is missing?
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have a look into this matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
- What shall I do if I have received an incorrect item?
We do our best to get your orders correct, however, if we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us on email@example.com with your name, contact details and product description and we will advise you on how to return the item to us.
- Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes, you have 14 days to return or exchange your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order please get in touch within 14 days of placing your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will take care of your request as soon as possible. Please also note that bespoke jewellery and earrings for hygiene reasons are excluded from returns, refunds or exchange unless faulty. For more details please visit our Refund & Exchange Policy page.

- When will my purchase be delivered?
All our jewellery is handmade and made to order so we try our very best to deliver all orders within 7 working days. Delivery time for orders outside the UK will take longer. Please refer to our Delivery Info page for more information.
- How will my purchases be delivered?
Depending on your selection we use Royal Mail or FedEx to send out all orders. A signature is required upon receipt as all goods are sent with recorded delivery.
