Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We hope you will love the jewellery that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. Please note that Bespoke jewellery and earrings for hygiene reasons are excluded from returns, refunds or exchange unless faulty.

 

If you decide to return or exchange something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging. 

 

If you wish to return or exchange your order please get in touch within 14 days of placing your order via email to info@hanoba.co.uk, we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

 

HANOBA reserves the right to deny unreasonable exchanges or returns. 

 

Please note that the cost of returning an unwanted item is at your own expense. We recommend that the item to be returned is sent back to us using a Special Delivery Service providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them.

 

As our jewellery is handmade, items may very slightly. We do our best to display and describe items as accurately as possible as well as showing the colours of our jewellery at their best, however as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee the full accuracy of any colour.

Please note that all plated jewellery could be be subject to colour alteration if essential care instructions are not followed. For re-plating services, please contact us on info@hanoba.co.uk
